Please refer to the following steps for resetting the email account password in HELM 4 Control Panel
1. Login to HELM 4 using your HELM 4 control panel login details.
2. Select 'Domains' option and choose on your domain
3. Select on "Email Accounts (POP 3)"
4. Choose on the Email account that you wish to reset the password for and click on it.
5. Enter the New Password -> Confirm Password
Make sure that you are fulfilled the following requirement for the email creation and password update.
1. The password must have at least a minimum of 5 characters.
2. The password should not be equivalent to the POP3 username.
3. The password should contain at least a minimum of a symbol
