Issue Update:
We are pleased to inform you that the cable cut issue that affected our service earlier today has been resolved. Splicing works for
the core carrying our trunk is complete and all links have been stable ever since.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

Kindly be informed that our local provider confirmed the major cable cut is at UPM Selangor portion, due to construction site encroachment. Cable restoration is in progress.

Our network vendors has acknowledge us that currently our major link to Singapore is down for one of our upstream. Due to such incident, all services eg: Web, FTP, Email will be having slowness if you are connected from outside Malaysia. Please bear with us as we do our level best to rectify this issue. We will update you from time to time on the progress. At the same time, we have routed the traffic to our alternate provider link until the main link is restored.
