We will be upgrading our Helpdesk Portal at the date/time scheduled above to the latest version. The upgrade is necessary as to allow us to provide a better efficiency and system support via our support portal on our daily operation.

Maintenance Effect

Our engineers will not be able to response to any tickets during the maintenance Windows. However, our monitoring system will continue to run and we will response to any service interruption that may possible shows up.
