Network Slowness for TM users

Dear Valued Clients,

Apparently the maintenance by TM IP core on last week:-
https://support.exabytes.com.my/News/1882/tm-planned-maintenance-work.aspx

This was the main problem of the routing problem which we faced yesterday, everything has been sorted out today morning 6.00 AM by TM IP Core team.

Please let us know if you still face any slowness if you are using TM services to connect to your web sites.

Maintenance details:
We have detected users from TM will face difficulty or slowness when accessing their web sites, this is because TM is facing problem on their prefixes advertising and caused certain IP range of TM is not going through the local peering connection that Exabytes have with them.

Maintenance Progress:
We have already contacted TM but they are working on the problem mentioned above, as they do not provide an ETA on this matter, we are monitoring on the progress of this issue.

* They just informed that there is a major outage on their links and they are still investigating on the problem.
