Network Slowness for International Users

We have detected users from International (Singapore, Indonesia, London, etc), are facing slowness connecting to our servers.

Maintenance Progress:
We have already contacted our upstream provider on this problem, they are investigating on the issue where the link in Singapore is facing huge packet loss which is causing the slowness problem.
