[COMPLETED] Support Portal Scheduled Maintenance

The upgrade does not looks to be smooth as we expected as several errors pops up during the upgrade process. We will be passing this over to the developer for further work out and reschedule another upgrade maintenance window. At the moment, helpdesk portal has been brought up back online.

We will be taking our support portal offline for about 30 minutes to run an update on the backend database engine to improve the performance. The maintenance is necessary to ensure we have a smooth access to the helpdesk portal for our daily operation response to all the emails/tickets request.

We will keep this announcement updated once the maintenance is completed.
