Official End Of Life For InstantBackup

Dear valued customers,
 
This email serves as the official end-of-life (EOL) notice for InstantBackup. Starting from 1 Oct 2015, Exabytes will discontinue InstantBackup as part of our product lifecycle process. Please be informed that all support or services related to InstantBackup shall also be discontinued after this date. 
For clients who are currently using InstantBackup service, kindly perform files restoration from your active InstantBackup client to your workstations before 1 Oct 2015 to avoid losing them.

CREDIT BACK OF UNUSED SERVICE 
The unused portion of your service fees will be credited back to your billing account as credit balance. To make a request, please send an inquiry ticket to our customer service team at helpdesk at https://support.exabytes.com.my/Main/frmTickets.aspx 
You may choose to request account termination earlier before 1 Oct 2015. The remaining service period will be calculated from the date we receive your request.

RESTORE FILES BEFORE MAKING REQUEST 
Your InstantBackup account will be terminated once your request is received. Thus all files restoration should be done before a request is sent in.
