Maintenance Details :

We will be taking down our support portal during the date/time scheduled above for a schedule upgrade of our support portal helpdesk to the latest edition released by the vendor.

 

During the upgrade schedule window, access to our support portal, KB and video tutorial will be unavailable. The upgrade is mandatory as allow us to provide a more smooth and swift support experience to all our users.

 

We shall keep this announcement updated once the upgrade has been completed successfully.
